Fareen qualified as a solicitor in 2019, following the completion of her Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws at the University of Law, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights. She joined Blythe Liggins in 2024 as an associate solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department.
With experience acting for both claimants and defendants, Fareen has handled high-value cases in the county court, high court, and the Royal Courts of Justice. She has worked on contentious probate matters, such as Chandler v Lombardi [2022] EWHC 22 (Ch), and secured a high court injunction in Uddin & Begum v Hussain & Islam (2023) to prevent the sale of a family home.
